Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Newport Polo.
Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 3 event messages per week per event for which you opted to receive messages. You will receive approximately 1 customer support message per customer support request you submit.
Message Types: We send messages about event reminders, schedule updates, information about events, and customer support.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers: All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.

We share your information, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII), only with trusted service providers who help us operate. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.
