Optional ticket insurance may be purchased to receive a refund of the ticket’s face value in the event the Rain Policy goes into effect.
The non-refundable Ticket Insurance cost is:
$5 per Adult Lawn Admission Ticket
$7 per Pavilion Admission Ticket
$20 per Tailgate
$25 per Chalet
Ticket Insurance Terms and Conditions
Ticket Insurance may be exercised for refunds in the following circumstances
- If the match is postponed to the Rain Date, which is always the following day, Sunday, at the originally scheduled time, Ticket Insurance gives the option to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. The Ticket Holder must notify the Polo Office by email no later than 10AM on the Rain Date to cancel for a refund. Canceled tickets will be voided and the corresponding seats will be made available for other customers to purchase to attend the Rain Date
- If the match is postponed to the Rain Date, the Ticket Holder may keep the reservation to attend the Rain Date.
- If the Rain Date is played as scheduled, no refund will be available.
- If the Rain Date is canceled, the Ticket Holder will receive a refund.
- The refunded amount is equal to the Face Value of the tickets purchased. Box Office handling fees are levied by a 3rd party service provider and are nonrefundable.
