Over many years, we have collected feedback from party planners about caterers, hotels, local activities, and other vendors in our area. We also hire many vendors for our polo club events. We are happy to recommend all of the following vendors, in no particular order, as reported by many satisfied customers.
We have created this list based solely on verified reviews, and we do not receive money in exchange for recommending any of these vendors. We have current service or sponsorship agreements with some of the vendors below for the same reason they are featured on this list: an established record of exceptional products and services.
Bar Services #
While hosts are welcome to hire any vendor for beverage service, we can only recommend The Cocktail Guru, the award-winning firm we have chosen to run our in-house beverage service. The Cocktail Guru is the only vendor operating fully on-premises, which allows them access to inventory and operations essentials that off-site vendors lack. Jonathan, founder of The Cocktail Guru, creates truly exceptional custom experiences with signature cocktails, premium ingredients, and experienced staff.
