This Saturday, Pavilion guests are invited to experience a taste of the Caribbean as Newport Polo welcomes a special Taste of Barbados culinary activation to the field.
Featuring Chef Myles, the experience will showcase a curated menu of “Bajan Bites” inspired by the flavors and traditions of Barbados. Guests can enjoy grilled baby lamb chops, macaroni pie, chicken wings, fish cakes and sweet bread, a selection designed to offer a true taste of the island in an intimate field side setting.
