PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT EVENT. Refunds for polo match tickets must be requested in writing by the buyer, via email, at least 7 days prior to the ticketed event (by noon on the previous Friday) sent to: info@nptpolo.com. (Tailgate & Chalet reservations may be eligible for refunds up to 24 hours prior to the event, subject to resaleability.) Individual seats at Pavilion tables are not refundable; only the full table with all of its seats is refundable with advanced notice as specified. For all eligible refund requests, a refund of the face value of the ticket(s) will be provided; a $15 processing fee will be assessed on each refunded transaction; nonrefundable fees include 3rd party handling & service charges, and ticket insurance. Rebooking a new reservation is at the customer’s discretion. For a refund request, please include as much information as possible, including the date of the match, the name on the order, and the specific portion of the order you wish to cancel, to be refunded. The refunded amount will be reversed to the original form of payment tendered at the time of purchase. Safety mandates do not waive refund policies. Refunds require scheduling, for professional handling; please allow up to 30 days to receive refund.

Reservation Changes – Newport Polo reserves the right to make necessary changes to Ticket Holder’s reservation, including but not limited to, reassignment of the location of reserved area(s), modifications to venue seating and layout, and allowable occupancy of reserved area(s). Reservation changes and acts of government regulation do not waive refund policies.
